Our journey began in the mid-1970s when my father immigrated from Poland and built a precision machining company through hard work, determination, and an unwavering commitment to quality. He believed that every part leaving the shop reflected his name and reputation—a philosophy that continues to guide us today.
In 2003, I began my career working alongside him, learning not only the technical aspects of precision machining but also the importance of integrity, craftsmanship, and building lasting customer relationships. After more than two decades in the aerospace manufacturing industry, I founded Chicago Precision Aero to build the next generation of precision manufacturing while carrying forward the values on which our family business was built.
As a woman-owned aerospace and defense manufacturer, I have dedicated my career to earning the trust of customers, suppliers, and industry partners in one of the world’s most demanding industries. Along the way, I have assembled an exceptional team of experienced professionals and developed a network of trusted manufacturing partners who share our commitment to excellence.
